Looking Good!

Dad's treatment has gone well so far and it looks like he'll be out of hospital on Good Friday ... a very Good Friday indeed! He's been through an ordeal but he's kept his chin up and is ready to get back to life, work and play!

A Night at the Grand Ol' Opry

Charlie Daniels belts it out at the Opry. Dave, Trent and Rob went down to Nashville, Tennessee to the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's 8th Annual Summit on Practice Redesign and along the way managed to take in some country and bluegrass music. Dave also found his way a very big plate of ribs at B.B. King's restaurant - he was smiling at the end too.

Christmas Tree

Here are some updated pictures of the patient. As you can see he's looking great and is in very good spirits and has no shortage of visits. He also has a new friend that I call the Christmas Tree. His room has an incredible view of downtown Vancouver that is a great distraction, even on a rain-soaked and dreary day.

Happy Birthday Adam & Erin!

Adam and Erin turned 8 today! They had a birthday party with their friends on Saturday and with grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins on Sunday.

The Many Faces of Jonathan

Jonathan Hanging Around

Eric Cartman

Jonathan looks remarkably like Eric Cartman from South Park in this shot - good thing he doesn't have Cartman's potty mouth or bad attitude!

Dancing Emma

Here Emma treats her parents and uncle to a performance of her bed dancing routine - she has all the moves!

Our Ski Lift ... At Least For One Day!

Another Eastwood-Attwell Adventure!

Heli-Skiing

The Heli-Skiing Team

Heli-Skiing

Magnus, Rick, Rob Stevens and I headed for an amazing day of heli-skiing last Thursday; what a treat. We really got lucky - 50 cm of fresh snow, a blue sky day, an A-Star helicopter and four buddies with a guide and a pilot for the day. We did 9 amazing runs and skied 30,000 feet of vertical - an incredible, unforgettable day!

The First Half Half Marathon

Magnus and Rob hit the road and ran the first half 1/2 marathon on a rainy Vancouver day - cheered on by Jonty, Elin and Cynthia.

The EPICare Office

It's official: we are going for it with IMPM with our "EPICare" program building on David's Integrated Medical Practice Management, Inc. program. Here are first pictures of the team at work! Yes, that is Gary's Brokeback Mountain calendar - looks like it's going to be March all year!

Fun at the Verbrugge's

Snowshoeing

Angela and Cynthia take advantage of the excllent snow conditions - snow, snow, snow this year in Vancouver!
