Christmas Lunch

We enjoyed Christmas lunch with Ange and Magnus, Martin, Elanor and Joseph. Lots of fun and a great turkey.

Christmas with Mark and Silke

Cynthia and I spent Christmas morning with Mark and Silke, Lucy, Hanna and Maruja. Mark's ice sculpture has set off some friendly competition in the neighbourhood with everyone making forts, snowmen and other creations i the snow.

Clare's Birthday

We had a great party to celebrate Clare's birthday at the Lake.

Ramrod 2008

We did it! 154 miles, 10,000 feet of climbing in 9.5 hours and an incredible and beautiful bike route! You may see us back there again next year.

Camp

We had a great time at Camp this year with lots of visits with Robin, the Manning cousins, Uncle John, the Cunningham and Attwell clans.

Martin Saves the Day

Martin proved to be a wonderful big brother when he chased down Elanor's balloon which had been taken by the wind. He then walked Elanor back and chatted with her.

Strawberries!

Today the Verbrugge and Attwell clans headed out for some strawberry picking on Westham Island in Ladner, BC. We ate a lot of strawberries!

Mom's New Deck

Dave built a new deck for Mom and we all gathered to celebrate and try it out and give Mom and early birthday present to go with her new deck.
